Question:
Anyone have any problems with starting the vehicle after disconnecting and re-connecting the neg side back to the battery….I have the keyless system and was just wondering after reading the OP manual.

We have had no customers come back and say they had any difficulty getting their vehicle to start after installing the Tow Ready Wiring Harness part # 118449 that you referenced. You should be just fine to install this in your 2015 Toyota Highlander. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
