Can 1987 Suzuki Samurai Spare Tire Cover be Put On with Saris Mounting Bracket Installed
Question:
Staff, I have a 1987 Samurai. With the rack removed will my tire cover fit over the spare with the mounting plate hardware installed? Thank you.

Yakima does not list the SpareRide, # Y02599, as a fit for your 1987 Suzuki Samurai so I cannot recommend it. But Hollwood Racks does have a fit, # HRSR1, which also has a bracket that attaches to the spare tire mount.
You should not have a problem putting the spare tire cover. Many people install the rack over the cover.
