Question:
Just purchased a new car and need to know what type of trailer bike hitch and bike rack do you suggest for a 2015 Honda Civic EX coupe.

In this instance, the hitch I'd recommend is the Draw-Tite Class I, part # 24763 which happens to be the most reasonably-priced option. If you'd care to see an install video, simply click the provided link.
The bike rack and hitch manufacturers all agree that no more than 2 bikes should be carried in a bike rack installed in a Class I hitch. We offer several different 2-bike racks that would work great for you, and the Thule Helium Pro # TH9042PRO that you'd looked at would be an excellent choice due to its light weight, rugged construction, its locking anti rattle system that connects it to the hitch receiver and the integrated cable lock that helps deter theft. If you click the link, you can see the rack being test fit on a 2012 Civic model. The rack will fit your coupe model equally as well.
If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance.
