Will this bumper hitch bolt on to my 2014 chevy silver ado rear bumper//truck is a 2wd- will I have to drill holes

The Curt Hitch part # C19031 that you referenced is a universal fit hitch that is designed to fit several vehicles. The distance between the mounting holes is 10-1/2 inches. Most likely there would be drilling for installation.
A better solution for you would be a custom fit hitch designed to fit the frame of your truck. This will provide you with a hitch that will fit without modification and will have a much higher capacity.
