I lost both of my rear Yakima landing pads for a 2003 c240 Mercedes 4 dr sedan and I have the Q tower feet and metal clips

Your 2003 Mercedes C-Class sedan uses the E pad for the front and rear of the vehicle. For a single replacement E pad you will need # Y8810082.
Replacement "E" Pad for Yakima Q Tower (QTY 1)
Replacement "A" Pad for Yakima Q Tower (QTY 1)
