The bulb and socket kit # RM-155 is one of the recommended tow bar wiring harnesses for your 2012 Fiat 500. But the only way to know for sure if there is space is to drill a tiny hole in the back of the tail light assembly and then use a depth gauge (straightened coat hanger) , push it in the hole until it stops, mark the depth on the hanger, then measure that distance. You will need at least 2-1/4 inches.
In addition to the wiring you will need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, and supplemental braking to flat tow your 2012 Fiat 500 Lounge. For base plates you can use # BX2801.
For a compatible tow bar if you are on a budget I recommend the Adventurer, # BX7322, with safety cables # BX88196. Or for a tow bar that will make hooking up easier and that stores on the motor home use the Alpha, # BX7380. The Alpha comes with safety cables.
And finally, most states now require supplemental braking on the vehicle being flat towed. One of the preferred systems for our installers is the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO proportional system, # SM99251. It will apply the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
