Question:
It does not look like the adjustment holes are centered on the coupler, they look staggered. Does this turn the coupler to one side when pin is ed - preventing it from being perfectly parallel with the trailer? If so would this result in the trailer not pulling directly being the tow vehicle? The stock coupler I am replacing have the adjustment holes drilled in a single straight line - also since there is no offset it can be turned without pushing the trailer to one side of the tow vehicle.

I called my contact at B&W about the Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler, part # BWTEXA4200.
They told me that the offset holes are so that the adapter can accommodate couplers that have the pin in different locations, and will not affect the towing of your trailer. I have attached a link to a product review video you can check out.
