Both of the Brophy Camper Tie Downs you referenced, Stake Pocket type # TDSF and clamp-on type # HSSF, are general-application products that fit a wide range of trucks with just a few exceptions.
The better option for your Ram, as long as it does not have a bed liner that blocks access to the underside of the rail, is the # HSSF. This kit uses a clamp-on installation (please see the linked photo) which gives you the flexibility to remove the tie downs, unlike the # TDSF which is a permanent installation. Videos for both products are linked for your reference. You might also want the Tie Down Hardware Package # TDHP.
It is always a good idea to check your owner's manual for any guidelines or restrictions regarding use of camper tie downs.
