Does this work at night with no sunlight. Does it store power for night time use?

I spoke with my contact at Ultra-Fab and the Solar-Powered Plumbing Vent for Motor Homes, # UF53-945001, does require sunlight in order to function. This unit does not store power so it will not be functional at night.
