I do have a trunk mount rack that you can use that will not be a problem for your 2007 Chevrolet Impala with a rear spoiler.
Take a look at the Hollywood Racks Expedition rack # HRF6-2. Designed to accommodate spoilers, the feature-packed Expedition carries 2 bikes on your vehicle's trunk. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # HRBA-PRO. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance.
