As long as the distance between the rear taillights of your Chevy Tahoe are greater than 40 inches the Rightline Cargo Carrier # RL100B90 that you referenced would work well for you.
If you do not have any sort of roof rack or roof rails, you will also need to add part # RL100605. These are clips that will allow you to secure the top straps to the top edges of the double doors.
