Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2010 Toyota Tundra

Question:

Have a 2010 Tundra and use it to pull a 7500 TT. Rep at Sumosprings suggests SSR-610-47. Most everything else recommends SSR-610-40. Would the 47 be to heavy duty. We use the truck for towing about 85 of the time. Thanks

The # SSR-610-40 is the light duty SumoSpring available for your 2010 Toyota Tundra. These will have 1,000 lbs of support whereas the # SSR-610-47 would be considered the heavy duty version and would add 1,500 lbs of support. For you I would go with the heavy duty version.

You should not that suspension enhancement does not allow you to carry loads heavier than what the current vehicle capacity is. It just provides more support to allow you to carry your capacity as safely as possible.
