Question:
I have a yellow, green, brown, and red coming out from the front of the truck. There is also a white wire dangling form rear bumper. What do I do with red wire?

It sounds like you are wiring up a 4-way on your truck based on the amount of wires you have mentioned and the colors of the first three wires.
Typically a 4-way uses yellow for left turn/stop, brown for taillight, green for right turn/stop, and white for ground.
What I would recommend you do is test the red wire you have found for voltage with a # PTW2993 to determine it's function. Most likely you wouldn't need it for 4-way wiring.
