Question:
Will the Swagman Trailhead 2 bike carrier fit my 1997 Jeep Wrangler? Also, I have a 2inch hitch and not sure which hitch pin I need .

To determine if the Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack # S63360 that you referenced would clear the rear spare of your 1997 Jeep Wrangler you would need to take one simple measurement. You would need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on the rear spare.
If that distance is less than 11 inches this rack would fit and work well for you.
For a locking hitch pin you would want the part # S64029.
