Do Tow Hooks Need to get Removed to Install Draw-Tite Hitch on a 2008 Honda Pilot

Question:

The trailer hitch doesnt match the film you have installation and the part that attaches to the frame would be under like a L which would put the chain hook holders on top of the tube above the part that the hitch slides into the receiver. Also I have a heat guard that semi-circle the muffler. I have emailed a picture but for some reason it will not go thru.

When you install the Draw-Tite Hitch part # 75599 on a Pilot like your 2008 model the tow hooks would need to be removed and would not get reinstalled.

If you check out the picture I attached it shows this hitch installed on a similar Pilot as yours that also has the heat shield setup you described.
