Hello, I have this pin lock from a previous car and see it doesn't fit on my 2012 Sequioa. Which lock do you recommend?

Sounds like you may have a j-pin style anti-rattle device like part # 63201 and now have a hitch that doesn't have the second hole near the hitch pin hole for it to work.
The hitch pin lock part # e98882 would work well for you as long as you have a 2 inch hitch installed on your 2012 Toyota Sequoia.
