For your 2016 Honda HR-V you can use EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2"
Item # 306-X7322 This is a 2 inch hitch with a 300 pound tongue weight and a 2,000 towing capacity. The ball mount is not included but if you want to use this for light towing, you could use the Curt # D-28 and then for a 2" ball, # 63845 and a pin and clip # PC3.

For trailer wiring you can use # 118673 which will give you a 4-Way flat at the back of the vehicle.

If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for a 2" hitch receiver and keep you carrier and bikes or cargo under the 300 pound limit.
