Question:
The install instructions on page 2 show that Pivot Arms can be mounted to obtain various coupler heights, it also shows that they can be mounted in two directions see attached. Whats the difference/measurement between the closest and farthest mount position from the cab? Also when the Pivot Arms are closest to the cab, is the center of the coupler aligned with the center of the hitch socket? see attached

To answer your first question the difference would be 8 inches from the closest and furthest away positions. In the closest position the king pin will be 1 inch ahead of the hitch socket.
Check out the picture I attached that has a chart that covers how each of the setting used for the B and W Companion heads will affect the height and distance relative to the king pin.
