Looking to get a cost for a 18k swivel 5th wheel hitch. GOing on a Ram 4500 10foot flatbed.

Universal Above-Bed Base Rails, # DM6071, are used to provide the necessary attachment points to install the Demco Hijacker Premier Series hitch. Since you are planning to install this hitch on a Ram 4500 with 10 ft flatbed, custom fabricated brackets will be needed since the standard brackets will not be tall enough. Installation would be custom and should be performed by a qualified professional.
