Recommended Frame Adapter Bar For Rumor Bike On Hanging Bike Carrier

I have a ladies Rumor FSR 29 SIL. I need a bike from adapter. There is no stem on the bike. Which adapter would you recommend. Most look like they will not fit.

I researched your Rumor bike online and see what you are talking about, with a nearly non-existent handlebar stem. That can make it difficult to find a suitable adapter bar that can fit.
I recommend the Kuat Ubar Bike Frame Adapter Bar, part # UB01. I have attached a photo that shows how the adapter bar opens up. With the arm of the hoop opening out instead of inward, this should allow you to slip the adapter bar around the bottom of the handlebar.
