The Yakima HullRaiser to HullRaiser Aero Conversion Kit # Y8860031 will allow your HullRaiser roof-mounted kayak carrier to mount to the factory roof rack crossbars on your 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van. Two kits will be needed for a complete conversion.
If you also need replacement plugs to secure your carrier pads onto the J-cradle bases you can use kit # Y8890058.
