The installation instructions for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13068, are going to be the same for the 1999 to the 2015 model so really any of the videos will be helpful when installing the hitch on your 2003 Honda Odyssey.

If you have plastic fascia covering the driver's side frame rail, you will need to remove this to install the hitch. This fascia can be permanently removed or your can trim it in order to re-install after the hitch installation is complete. You can check out the video link of the hitch being installed on a 2011 which shows the fascia being removed.

To see a hitch installation video specifically for the 2003, check out the attached video for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 75270. This hitch offers the same towing and tongue weight capacity as the Curt, # C13068, that you mentioned.

If you plan on doing some towing I have included an article that covers the steps to choosing the correct ball mount for your set-up. You might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, I have also included a link to additional ball mount options for you.

For trailer wiring, take a look at the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118336. I have included a video for this as well.
