Replacement Hubs for a Hudson Bros. Trailer with 5-Spoke Utility Hubs
Question:
I have a Hudson Bros trailer with hubs marked 8-222. Is the 8-174 a replacement?

Dexter hub # 8-174-5UC3 uses the 5-spoke utility bolt pattern so it is uncommon just like the hub you have. If your existing hub uses inner bearing 25580 and outer bearing 15123 with a seal inner diameter of 2-1/8 inches then this hub is a likely fit. The bearing numbers and seal are key.
