Recommended Adapter For Roadmaster Sterling Tow Bar and Blue Ox Base Plates for 1992 Jeep Wrangler

I have a 92 Jeep Wrangler with a Blue Ox baseplate BX88207. I would like to connect that to my RoadMaster Sterling All-Terrain tow bar serial number 603081. Please let me know what the proper adapter would be for that combination. I would also appreciate your suggestions on light kits. I am not interested in the magnetic mounts. Thank You

Given that the serial number of your Roadmaster Sterling towbar is above 14,501, I'd recommend the Roadmaster # RM-031-5 adapter. The adapter would allow your Sterling All-Terrain Tow Bar to attach to the Blue Ox base plates on your Wrangler.

For a lighting solution, I'd recommend the Roadmaster Bulb and Socket Taillight Wiring Kit, part # RM-155. The installation of this kit would involve installing an additional, separately wired bulb in the taillight assemblies of your Wrangler. This allows the tow lighting system to remain completely independent from the wiring of the Wrangler, which protects the wiring system from shorts or feedback. Installation is simple, as you can see from the video I've linked for you.
