The D15505 is a bit larger than what a 2001 Saturn L300 would need or could fit. There are 5 recommended kits for your L300 based on the vehicle size and towing capacity. I have added a link to them below.
Transmission kits are not vehicle specific. However, you need to make sure you have space to accommodate the cooler. On each of the cooler pages, you can find the dimensions of the cooler. Measure the space on your vehicle where you would like to mount the cooler and make sure you have enough space to accommodate the cooler.
The kit most comparable to the kit you were looking at is part # D12906. It is a bit smaller to better fit your vehicle.
