Are there stabilizer straps used with the Yakima HoldUp 4 Bike Rack. I Thanks in advance for your help.

There are no straps included with the Yakima HoldUp 4 Bike Rack , part # Y02443-2.
The carrier holds the bikes in place using the upright masts with hooks. The bike does include ratcheting straps for the wheels that help hold the bike in place.
