For your 2006 Hummer H2 with factory roof rack you can use the Thule SUP Shuttle, # TH811XT, to carry your standup paddleboard. I have included a link to a video review for you.
This carrier has a 2 board maximum capacity and is rated for 110 pounds. It will accept a paddleboard up to 34 inches wide.
You could also use the Yakima SUPDawg, # Y04075, which can also hold up to 2 boards and has a 66 pound capacity. But, it can hold boards up to 36 inches wide. I have included a link to a video of this carrier as well.
Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual or with GM to determine the capacity of the factory roof rack prior to loading. Using a tire step such as # ALL647596 makes loading/unloading much easier and safer.
