Can a SportRack Hitch Lock be Used with a Bell Bike Rack

Will this lick work with the bell rite up 300 rack?

Bike rack manufacturers use unique threads on hitch bolts and locks so that they are only compatible with their bike racks. There are one or two exceptions but there is no way to know for sure without testing the parts together.
The best solution if Bell does not have a lock for your bike rack is to use a cable lock such as # e98891. I have linked a video review of this lock for you.
