Fit of Yakima # Y02599 SpareRide Spare Tire Mount Bike Rack on 265/75-16 Tire on 2011 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
265/75R16 This is my Jeep spare tire size. I believe that these tires/wheels are not standard for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Will the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount fit my Jeep? Thanks!

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Yakima SpareRide # Y02599 will fit tires that are up to 12-1/2 inches wide. Your 265/75-16 tires are about 10-3/4 inches wide, so the SpareRide will work great for you. To account for different tire widths, the SpareRide includes three different mounting tongues. A 265mm wide tire would use the medium sized tongue, according to the installation instructions I've linked for you.
