We have one truck bed bike carrier that holds the bike at the wheel and fits your 2013 Ford F-150. It is the Thule Insta-Gater Pro, # TH93VR. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
Another option and what I would probably use if I had a truck is a tailgate pad. Simple and easy to use, a tailgate pad such as # S64760 will protect your truck's tailgate and hold the bikes. These pad are also easy to store since you can fold them up. I have linked videos of these as well.
