If the wiring harness for your vehicle is wired properly, the signal to the brake lights is received through the wiring harness and not the brake controller, to make the towed vehicle lights operate. We do not have a bulb and socket kit available for your 2014 Wrangler Unlimited.

You may need a brake light relay like part # RM-88400. The brake light relay ensures the towed vehicle turn signal lights work in tandem with the towing vehicle lights. To find out if you need a brake light relay you can answer the following questions:

Are you using a supplemental braking system that depresses the brake pedal in your towed car?

Yes - Your towed car has a combined lighting system. You will need a brake light relay to ensure proper activation of its signal lights.

Does your towed car have separate brake lights and turn signals?

Are you wiring your vehicle with a six-diode kit or a TowDaddy custom wiring harness?
No - You will need a brake light relay to ensure proper activation of your towed car's signal lights.
Yes - You do not need a brake light relay.

For the tow-bar wiring I recommend part # RM-154. This includes the diodes needed.

You will also need an umbilical that goes between the wiring on your RV and the vehicle. If you have a 7-way on your RV and need to hook up to the 4-way on the vehicle you can use an adapter like part # BX88206. You would need to cut the end off of the RM-154 and wire it to the 6-way adapter included with the BX88206. Then you would plug the 6-way on the coiled cord to the 6-way on the vehicle and plug the other end into the 7-way on the RV.
