Does Length of Glass Pack/Resonator Affect Tone of Exhaust

Good day... Does the length and diameterand volume as the case may beof a glasspack or resonator have any effect on the tone of an exhaust? Larger\longer affecting\generating lower tones and shorter\thinner affecting\generating higher tones, therefore affecting the exhaust tone? Thanks...

The length of a glass pack is going to basically only to affect loudness. The longer the glasspack the quieter it will be. The shorter it is the louder it will be.

In general glass packs have a low, soft tone. Most of the highs will be totally cut out and you would be left with just some mids and a lot of lows.

Resonators don't do much for affecting the tone. They basically just take a little bit of the edge off of the overall loudness of the exhaust. The longer the resonator the more it would quiet things down to a certain extent.
