Question:
Will bed rails #C16448-204 for fit my 1996 F250 pick up with out drilling in the frame. I recently ordered a demco goose neck plate but it was on back order and come to find out my demco system was an original and it would not fir so i canceled it and will install bed rails. Or is part #RP30035 just as good or strong fit my 96 F250

For a set of industry standard fifth wheel rails for your 1996 Ford F-250 you would want the part # RP30035 that you referenced as the Curt kit you referenced will only fit newer trucks than yours.
The # RP30035 does require some drilling of the truck frame, but since there are no options for your truck that do not require drilling this will be your best options.
