Ladder Rack and Canoe Carrier Recommendation for 1991 Toyota Truck

Question:

I have a rebuilt 91 Toyota truck that we want to put a rack on the bed that will hold a two person outrigger canoe that is about 18-21 ft in length. We can make or get the boat holders that would fit your racks if you have anything that would work for this purpose. Do your racks fit any truck bed width? Anything less than $300?
