There are gooseneck plates that have an offset depending on which way you mount it to the rails in the truck.
You can use Pro Series gooseneck hitch plate # 49080, Curt model # 16055, or Husky model # HT31368. I have linked videos of all three products for you.
I also recommend safety chain loops # C16000 because many places do not allow the safety chain loops to attach to the hitch.
