The rental dept is asking me to supply them with a receiver and pins 229-0520 x2, i could not get number on receiver on your manual. we have a bx4330 acclaim tow bar on a 2015 chevrolet equinox involved in accident. model 292-6694.

When a tow bar is involved in an accident, often the integrity of the tow bar is compromised. In these situations, typically it is best to replace the entire tow bar. Components could be bent or broken that are not visible. If these components aren't replaced, they will cause problems later on. Replacing the tow bar ensures that all components are working properly.
If you decide to replace the individual parts, to replace the coupler for the Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar # BX4330, you can use part # 61-5411 and # 61-5413 to replace the coupler spacer. I spoke with my contact at Blue Ox and she confirmed that these two parts are the correct replacements for your Acclaim tow bar. When you say you need to replace the receiver, I take it to mean you are looking for the coupler. If you need something other than the coupler, please let me know.
To replace the triple lug brackets and pins for the # BX4330, you can use part # BX88154.
If you only need the pins and clips, you can use # BX84-0140.
