Q1 Does the WS6-25 have a hitch pin that locks...and uses the same key as the ball mount? Q2 Is dust/dirt a problem with the round barrel key? Thanks.

The Weigh Safe 2-Ball Mount # WS6-25 that you referenced does not come with a locking hitch pin, but you can order one separately with part # 1469DAT. I wish it could be keyed alike to the ball mount but it would require a separate key.
We have not had any issues from customers with dust or dirt getting into the barrel lock core of these ball mounts.
