BAK Industries does indeed have a hard Tonneau cover that will work with the # TH43002XT-508 TracRac SR Sliding Truck Ladder Rack.
The BAK BAKFlip F1 Tonneau Cover you mentioned, part # BAK72329 will overlap the tops of the bed sides by 1/2-3/4 of an inch on each side. Installing the ladder rack would interfere with the operation of the Tonneau. However, BAK offers the Revolver Roll Up, part # BAK39329 which mounts completely to the inside of the bed rails, and will NOT interfere with the TracRac ladder rack you mentioned.
