The #328330 is rated at 18000, I have a Rockwood Signature Ultra- Lite, with a libbert `1621 pin box, my trailere weight is 9000#. will the roto- flex work for my unit? My hitch is a 16000 #

Yes, the TrailAir Rota-Flex part # LC328330 would work perfectly on your trailer that weighs 9,000 lbs and has a Lippert 1621 pin box currently. Having a pin box that is rated for higher than what the trailer weighs is perfectly fine and definitely preferred over one that is underrated.
