Hello Im looking for a piece of square tubing that will fit into a already installed truck hitch that the keeper pin will fit through like a regular Reese hitch would but I need it to be around 40 inches long. Do you have any products like that?

Sounds like you are looking for a pretty long hitch extender for the hitch you have on your truck.
The closest we have to what you described is the Reese Titan hitch extender part # RP45292 that offers up to 34 inches of extension and fits a 2-1/2 inch Class V hitch.
