I will have a rhino rack RS 2500 with vortex aero cross bars on a Mazda CX-3 soon. Will judging by the shape of the locking clamps its difficult to say but will the yakima load warrior cargo basket fit on those crossbars? Thank you!

The Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basked # Y07070 that you referenced will fit on the aerodynamic elliptical shaped Rhino-Rack crossbars on your 2016 Mazda CX-3. I spoke with my contact at Yakima and he confirmed that the universal mounting hardware on the LoadWarrior is designed to fit most factory, elliptical, and aero-style crossbars.
The basket will mount on crossbars with a spread between 24 inches and 32 inches. This rack will work well on you, since in my research I found the crossbar spread for the fixed mounting points on your CX-3 to be 26 inches.
