Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2012 Subaru Forester

I have a 2012 Subaru Forester with a Class III Curt hitch. I am looking for a bike hitch mount rack preferably platform type but will consider hanging racks as well. Any suggestions?

For your 2012 Subaru Forester with a Curt hitch part # 13147 installed the Thule T2 Pro XTR part # TH69TX is an excellent option and one of the nicest racks around.

This rack uses wheel only mounts so that the rack doesn't touch anything other than the tires when loaded and can fold up when not in use. This rack also has a perfect rating from our customers who have used and reviewed it. I attached a review video for this rack that shows it being demoed.

If you are looking for a lower priced option the Swagman XTC 2 part # S64670 would also be a great option. This rack uses frame mounts for securing the bikes, but is also about 20 lbs lighter than the T2 so it does have some advantages.
