I recommend the 2 inch Draw-Tite Hitch # 75235 for your Rav4 Hybrid Limited, because it is a no drill application and the best bang for your buck.
If your looking to tow with your vehicle, the wiring harness I would recommend is the Curt # C59236. Some other items to consider if you plan on towing are a ball mount, ball, and pin and clip.
