Gooseneck Hitch Adapter Recommendation for Truck Bed that B and W Patriot Fit
Question:
-I have a BandW 16K Patriot 5th wheel hitch. I was wondering if I could purchase a goose neck ball to fit the bracket/rails that is presently in my truck.

The B and W Patriot fifth wheel hitch part # BWRVK3200 is designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails.
For an adapter that would then fit the same rails that the hitch fits you would want the part # 49080. This will install in the rails just like the Patriot and will provide you with a gooseneck hitch. My sister has one of these and uses it in the same way and it works great.
