Question:
I just purchased a 2016 Rx 350 with parking assist sensors. Question- does use of the hitch require any changes to the vehicle to allow use of the hitch with a small utility trailer? According to your site the hitch and light cable is all that is required to make the change.

According to my Draw-Tite representative, there's no record of the existing parking sensors interfering with the installation of the # 75540 Draw-Tite Class III hitch or that the parking sensors will interfere with your ability to tow.
You'll need the hitch as well as the trailer wiring harness # 118252. If your RX350 has the tow package, the # 118252 would plug into the connector located behind the rear bumper, toward the driver's side. If your RX350 wasn't equipped with the tow package, the connector will still be there, but you'll need to obtain some relays from your Lexus dealer to activate the tow package.
For a ball mount, go with # 2923 and for a trailer ball, use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
