Will a Remote Transmission Cooler Fit a 2005 Ford F-250 with 5.4 Liter
Question:
2005 ford f250 super duty 5.4 Before I purchase this cooler I just wanted to make sure it will fit with the fan in my truck. Where do I mount it? Do I need any additional parts or brackets to mount it? I appreciate your help

The great thing about the Derale remote transmission cooler # D13950 is that you can mount it where ever you have space. Since it has its own fan it does not have to be placed out in front of the motor. This will allow you to position it in the place with the most room and that does include areas outside of the engine compartment!
The only stipulation you will want to follow is not to place it too low or to where the fan or fins are facing the ground because something could bounce up from the road and damage it.
The cooler does come with mounting hardware but depending on where you mount it you may also need additional hose, # D13016 for 5 feet or # D13007 for 25 feet. And to avoid having to cut and flare transmission lines I recommend adapter fitting # D13025 for your 2005 Ford F-250 5.4 liter.
