Your Valley PowerPull 5th wheel trailer hitch will fit in industry standard above the bed rails. Since Valley is no longer in business there isn't a Valley kit that will fit but you can use an installation kit from a different manufacturer and the hitch will fit.
For your 2013 Ram 2500 I recommend the Curt custom installation kit # C16430-204 because it involves less drilling and takes less time to install than universal or semi-custom kits. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
