Question:
Im building a tear trailer that will weigh approximately 1200 lbs fully loaded. Im thinking of using a Timbren axlless system. My question is what weight axle should I use. Should it be a 1200 lb or 2000 lb unit? Thank you

If your trailer's maximum fully-loaded weight will be 1200-lbs then you can use one of the 1200-lb-rated Timbren kits shown on the linked page. These are available with or without a choice of idler hubs. One kit include brake flanges in case you want to add brakes in the future, kit # ASR1200S04.
The kits rated for 2000-lbs could still be used but you'd find the ride to be a bit rougher since they'd be operated well below their maximum capacity. Their extra stiffness would make the trailer ride a bit rougher when unloaded.
