Double-Wheel Weld-On Trailer Swivel Jack Recommendation

I am looking for a double wheel swivel jack stand for a trailer Im having built it needs to be a weld on do you have this product I can not find it I would also like metal wheels if possible

We have a swivel jack that meets most of your criteria; the Fulton dual-wheel, weld-on swivel jack # F1413060334. It has dual 7 inch wheels and is rated for 1,600 pounds. But the wheels are plastic, not metal. I have included a link to a video review of this jack for you.
