Trailer Wiring Harness to Bypass Factory Tow Package on a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500

Question:

i have an 2004 dodge ram, vehicle tail, blinker and stop lights work just fine. Now onto the trailer lights which i have narrowed down to control module on pickup do you have a product to bypass the module and hook into vehicle tail lights to make the trailer lights function?

You can use Curt wiring harness # C55504 which plugs in line with the tail light wiring on your 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. This will bypass the tow package wiring and provide light functions only at its 4-Way connector which you could either keep or cut off to wire the remaining wires to the back of a 7-Way connector if that is what you have.

On this Curt harness the white wire is ground, brown is running lights, yellow is left turn/brake lights, and green is right turn/brake lights.
